  1. Curriculum Development:Develop engaging and effective English and Life Skills training materials and lesson plans.
  2. Training Delivery:Conduct training sessions for individuals or groups, focusing on English language proficiency and essential life skills.
  3. Skill Assessment:Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language and life skills.
  4. Customized Training:Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of each trainee or group.
  5. Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and attendance.
  6. Stay Updated:Stay current with language teaching methodologies and trends in life skills training.


  1. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in English Language Training or Life Skills Coaching.
  2. Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  3. Certifications:Possession of relevant certifications in language teaching (e.g., TEFL, TESOL) or life coaching will be a strong advantage.
  4. Expertise:In-depth knowledge of language teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and a deep understanding of life skills enhancement.
  5. Communication Skills:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with learners of various ages and backgrounds.
  6. Technology Proficiency:Proficiency in using virtual teaching tools and platforms for online training sessions.
  7. Creativity:An innovative approach to training that keeps learners engaged and motivated.

Job Title: Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Dehradun, Jaipur, Hyderabad & Lucknow

  1. Sales Champion: Drive the sales of our innovative educational programs to academic institutions within your assigned territory.
